IMAP outgoing emails fail to save copy on remote server

    Hello, Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this server? If not, have you tried reporting this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look and see if anything in /var/log/maillog would indicate why the messages are not saved? Thank you.

    No root access. In touch with webhost support, but as stated above, they recommended switching to POP. : ( At the moment, support is asking me to remove the accounts and reconfigure manually without using the script. Wish me luck. I'll report back what happens / what doesn't happen. : )
