Create plugin for Roundcube

Hello, I see some plugins for roundcube (github.com/tralios/Report_JUNK, github.com/JohnDoh/Roundcube-Plugin-Mark-as-Junk-2 ), but I don't know how to integrate this in CPanel. I see documentation on Cpanel to customize Administration interface (WHM), but not for end user interface. To be more specific, I want to add buttons to the roundcube interface (via Cpanel). Is it possible ? Did you have exemple or tutorial ? Best regards.
