    Thank you CpanelMichael but i can't use that feature bacause i haven't it able at whm neither cpanel. Is it posible by rules or other?.

    Could you elaborate on this statement? For instance, do you not have root access to the server? Thank you.

    I'm guessing he has a reseller server account i have the same and there is no icon in cpanel>mail for mail archiving also because there is no root access, there is no way to create a filter and add it to exim job have access to whm (reseller) and cpanel but no way to implement any type of email archiving (auto cc or bcc) is there any other way?

    Hello, yes, that's exact my problem, i'm reseller but i can talk with my provider to request any configuration to solve it. For me the optimal configuration is auto bcc in all sent emails to other account. Is it posdible? How can my provider configure it?. At the past i request it but he said that this configuration wasn't possible. Thank you very much in advance.

    You won't be able to alter the Exim configuration without root access, and it's not likely your provider will make a change affecting all other customers. You may want to request they enable the email archiving feature for just your account. Thank you.

    this worked for me, emailed hosting company and they added the feature
