Disable Email Account
Is there any way to disable any single account on cpanel ?
Or prevent to make any account like "test@domainname.com" on cpanel ?

Hello, You can disable all of the email features in a feature list, and assign that feature list to the package associated with the account. Or, are you referring to the default email account available after account creation? Thank you. 0 -
I just want to disable all the test email ids on server. 0 -

There's no feature that will allow you to reserve usernames for email accounts. Feel free to open a feature request for this at: Submit A Feature Request Thank you.0 -
Is it possible during creation of email account, the message will appear "test@domainname won't create" 0 -
I'm curious what you're accomplishing by preventing test@ email ID. Failed login alerts from cPHulk maybe? What about smtp@ admin@, help@, support@, etc.? 0 -

There is a feature of "restricting" certain subdomain aliases however, not a way to restrict email aliases yet. Definitely Submit A Feature Request. I'll definitely vote it up with you. :)0 -
I agree. This feature would be best be implemented via WHM where a setting will allow you to specify restricted aliases as we are able to do for subdomains however, I feel it is as important to allow a cPanel user to suspend email addresses too. This would be great for when access to one specific email address is no longer required however, you wish for it to remain on the system in case access becomes required once again without the need to change passwords.
Here's my reasoning for upvoting your feature request. I think it's a great idea.0 -
i have prevented single email id to send email via ACL. 0 -

Hello, I'm not sure I understand how this relates to this thread. Could you elaborate on this statement? Thank you.0
