    if getting above error then the most probably reason is that /usr/bin/lsattr not existing and you can confirm this with the command : lsattr /bin/ls -bash: lsattr: command not found it means its missing so you need to install it with : "yum install e2fsprogs" in which e2fsprogs is what provides /usr/bin/lsattr Now run cpanel installation, it should be completed

    I tried to install cPanel locally on my test VMware, CentOS 7 64bit minimal installation. Submitting support ticket is impossible without Support Access ID (as I'm still evaluating and cPanel failed during installation). lsattr is there:
    [root@cpanel ~]# which lsattr /usr/bin/lsattr
    Any ideas?

    There is no upcp. The cPanel installation didn't finish:
