How to block invalid email user authentication.

Hi, I see many invalid user authentication in exim log, is there any way to completely reject invalid user auth(using acl or any other exim feature) rather than blocking the IP using CSF. Any help would be appreciated.

  Hello, Authentication should already fail if the username does not exist. Could you elaborate further or provide a specific example? Thank you.
