Graceful Reboot when Access domain or Port 80

I install cpanel on centos 6 with CloudLinux, but when I try to access existing domains in the server unexpectedly server down and a few moments can not be accessed. I think it was an error in my apache and check the apache error_log error_log and following that I found - Removed. Normal log entries. -

  Hello, What error are you getting in /var/log/messages file ? And also monitor your server with top and ps aufx command so that you can find out the exact cause of this server down issues. May be your server is getting down due to high load.

  Hello, Do you notice any messages in /var/log/messages or /var/log/dmesg when the server stops responding? Also, to clarify, does the server itself fail to respond, or is it just Apache? Thank you.
