Error 404 cpanel and all domains

Guys! My whm all accounts clients, dont get access the files of the public_html when they access the domain for example : domain.com.br, if showing the cpanel login. # if i access > domain.com.br ( for example ) or any another website from my whm, i have the cpanel login and dont the files on my public_html. # if i access > domain.com.br/cpanel ( and try log in ) i got the error image bellow > i.imgur.com/ntIhb5T.png all websites accounts on my whm have this problem, i dont know how fix it. please some one help me please!! my clients are crazy with me, because all websites is get this page cpanel instead the website pages or file on public_html! PLEASE HELP ME SOMEBODY! Thanks!

  Hello, Have you verified your domain names resolve to the same IP address their account is configured on? Also, try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via:
  /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
