Getting 404 Error

domain.com/~mobile/info.php this is working, but i remove the ~mobile(username) from url i got 404 Error. domain.com/info.php is getting 404 Error OS - centos 6.5. what i have to change in httpd.conf file.

  Hello, Have you verified the domain name resolves to the correct IP address? You can use a website such as IntoDNS to verify the DNS is configured properly. Thank you.

  Hello, Have you modified the httpd.conf file? If so, try rebuilding the file using /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf and then check. Take backup of the httpd.conf before rebuilding, as the custom changes will be lost once you rebuild.
