Deploy Plugin for cPanel

Hi All, I am looking for a plugin to help me with Wordpress development workflow: I want to create a subdomain to each account I have on my server and to dedicate this subdomain to "staging" environment. for example: is the account main domain. so I will open staging.domain as subdomain. I will clone the full wordpress site to this subdomain and I will make code/design/content changes in this subdomain - what I am looking is for a solution to deploy all my changes from the subdomain to the main domain in one click - Is there a plugin that know how to do that?
