I recently had this issue with a customer. The problem is that cPanel creates "https://mydomian.com.au:443/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml" in a sort of "phantom" way. There is no way to remove this per account at the moment to my knowledge and the only way you will fix this problem is asking your host to disable the cPanel autodiscover functionality on their server in it's entirety which they may be reluctant to do. Here's the email I provided to Microsoft Office365 Support when I finally realised how we fixed the issue... To disable AutoConfig and Autodiscover services: 1. In WHM, navigate to Home >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings >> Domains. 2. Under Proxy subdomains, select Off. 3. Under Thunderbird and Outlook autodiscover and autoconfig support (enables proxy subdomain and SRV record creation), select Off. 4. Click Save. This should disable cPanel autodiscover and remove the "phantom XML" which we could not find but appeared to exist. If your client does not have root access the cPanel server, ask them to pass these instructions on to their web host and inform them that this is causing the issue. It will then be under the support scope of the web host, not the Office365 support team to repair the issue as we have been able to prove that Office365 and Outlook is working as intended in this scenario.
This email was obviously tailored for the Office365 Exchange platform, but the objective remains the same.

Hello, Could you verify which version of cPanel is installed on your system? There's an older case (164749) that was addressed in cPanel version 11.48.0.13 that might be related. Thank you.

This case doesn't fix the issue. I have filed the following tickets and bug reports but it feels like we're just going in circles: 6724739, 6402677, 6279771,6255793, 6255787, 6111585, and 6107821.

Could you still let us all know which version you are currently on please?
