    Hello, Could you elaborate on which modification to the .htaccess file is not working? There's no need to change the AllowOverride value to get Mod_Rewrite working. Thank you.

    I have drupal installation in that server and i need to enable clean URL option (i.e) "?q=" needs to be remove. For that only i asked where i need to edit allowoverride. advise me is there any method available to enable url rewrite option. i attached .htacess file for more info. Thanks Srini

    Hi and welcome to the cPanel Forums! I honestly don't see there to be anything wrong with the Drupal supplied .htaccess file. cPanel should be perfect "straight out of the box" for Drupal however, check out Software -> EasyApache. You can configure and build Apache and modules from there. Make sure that everything is ticked that Drupal requires and you'll be on your way!
