Hi, You're in the root account, which also has a `public_html' directory. You need to navigate to the actual user. If the username is bob, you would `cd /home/bob/public_html/'. For the cPanel error, have you enabled a shell for the user in question at WHM > Account Functions > Manage Shell Access? Thanks,

As per the screenshot you are logged in with reseller account and this reseller doesn't have privillages to create accounts with shell access. If you have root access of the server then you will be able to see "Manage Shell Access" option. Thanks

Hello, Yes, as mentioned, you will need to access WHM as "root" if you want to manage shell access. Otherwise, you must ask your hosting provider to enable shell access for the account. Thank you.
