1. When we try to access the SSH via Putty via the main account root. It connects and when we go the directory Public_Html it say their are 3 options
./ ../ cgi-bin/
but in actual their are many folder and our whole website is running on it. (Screen Shot Attached)
2. When we try to access it via cPanel then it shows error which screen shot is also attached.
We have tried almost all the possible solution but these problem are not getting resolved.

Hi, You're in the root account, which also has a `public_html' directory. You need to navigate to the actual user. If the username is bob, you would `cd /home/bob/public_html/'. For the cPanel error, have you enabled a shell for the user in question at WHM > Account Functions > Manage Shell Access? Thanks, 0 -

and for the Putty error i have got the actual user, when i use that username and password it shows that access denied . Is their any way to reset the password of that actual user 0 -

As per the screenshot you are logged in with reseller account and this reseller doesn't have privillages to create accounts with shell access. If you have root access of the server then you will be able to see "Manage Shell Access" option. Thanks0 -
Hello, Yes, as mentioned, you will need to access WHM as "root" if you want to manage shell access. Otherwise, you must ask your hosting provider to enable shell access for the account. Thank you. 0
