Issue with magnification - accessibility question

Hello, This issue was brought to me by a user - apparently when using magnification in-browser, it can cause the help windows to be larger then the screen, preventing scrolling without a scroll-wheel. Here's the image provided by the user: - Removed - The box size should be relative to the screen size and not fixed. Thanks, Justin Scott Arvixe Sr. Escalations

  As far as we can tell, it's with every version of the template. It's in the way the help items are displayed. They're set to a fixed percentage of the page, not a fixed percentage of the screen.
