How to delete the existing website?

I have a php site which is already ranking, but I find so many issues working with the site. So I thought to delete all the contents of the website and create the site in wordpress. How to delete the website content and how to add wordpress? Kindly help me

  Hello, You can add or remove files via the "File Manager" option in cPanel, or through FTP access. Thank you.

  ]
  • Navigate to your "public_html" folder (I assume its stored there!)
  • Click "Select All"
  • Click Compress (This will back up your web files before deleting them! Very important!)
  • Save the .zip file wherever you like
  • Delete all other files in "public_html" (leave cgi-bin if you need it!)
  • Upload the wordpress files and go through the installer as normal
