phpPgAdmin Showing All Databases To All Users After Cpanel Update

We recently ran an update on cpanel and since then whenever anyone logs into phpPgAdmin they see all the databases for all the websites, they can even look at table structures (but they can not browse any data other than their own). As a secondary issue since the update any database that has been created shows up twice in phpPgAdmin. REALLY frustrating, can anyone point me in the right direction?

  Hello, Please verify if you have utilized the following options in "WHM >> SQL Services >> Configure PostgreSQL": "Postgres Config Install" "Create Postgres Users" Thank you.
