Sending email as addresses without mailboxes

If I have email addresses that don't have mailboxes (email forwarders for instance) is there any way to send email showing up as coming from these addresses (either via webmail, via a local mail client such as Outlook, or any other way)? Thanks!

  Hello, You can manipulate the "FROM" field in most PHP mailing scripts, but this will likely result in some mail servers rejecting the message due to SPAM characteristics. Thank you.
