Hiding X3 Theme completely

Hello, i have setuped papper_lantern cpanel theme as the default for all the accounts in our whm server. But users can still select X3 using the switch theme dropdown in the paper_lantern theme. i want x3 to be hidden also from this drop down. How do i do that? - Removed - Please note that i have unchecked all the themes under Branding > Avaiaible Branding Styles
