External backups to FTP not working

Hello all, Excuse me for my poor english. Let's say I have set up backups for server A. My backups get sent to an external FTP server and when validating this it's working. I have ordered a new server about a week ago and let's call this server "server B". When validating the same external destination with the same details I used, I got the following error: I researched this and it seemed this could be because of my firewall settings. How would I edit my FTP rules for server B so external FTP will work? As you can understand this is pretty critical for my server security. Thanks in advance for any help.
