EasyApache installation hangs at phar

Hi, I am experiencing installation hangs with EasyApache. The particular spot is at phar.phar. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks, R

  Hello, There's an older internal case (#68845) where this was reported by users on Windows 8 with Chrome. Do you experience this issue when running EasyApache from the command line or with an alternate browser? Thank you.

  Could you try running "/scripts/easyapache" via the command line to see if completing the build once addresses the issue? There's no expected resolution for this case because it's not likely an issue going forward with EasyApache 4. Thank you.
