VPS with cPanel packetloss

Since i tried to transfer an account from my old server, i recieve alot of packetloss. When i access cPanel/WHM sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's really slow, same thing with my hosted websites. Next to that, my cPanel tells me that there is something wrong with my license? Best regards, Johan

  Hi, cPanel won't cause packetloss like this. Packetloss is generally indicative of a network problem or a network saturation with the uplink from the server. You would need to contact your hosting provider for further assistance.
