Mails Receiving very Late

E-mails are not getting on time. I should say all my emails are delivering the next day and I am also receiving the mails of today at the next day. What could be the cause I can't figure out. Help me solving this issue...

  Hello, Try sending a message to or from your server and reviewing /var/log/exim_mainlog during the delivery attempt. Do you notice anything out of the ordinary for the message? Thank you.
