    Hello, Do you see two separate entries in /var/log/exim_mainlog when this email is generated? Thank you.

    Yes, exim log have entry for two emails for same action

    In WHM Server Configuration " Basic cPanel & WHM Setup, by any chance is your email listed twice under:
    * Enter one or more email addresses to contact in case a problem arises with this server. Examples: john@doe.com, john.q.public@anonymous.com, user@host.com

    Thanks LostNerd, i checked WHM settings. Found the problem, it was because some one added email address in
    Enter one or more cellular phone or pager email addresses to message via email in case a problem arises with this server.
    text box too. Removing it now, hope that fix should fix it. Thanks all for the help.
