I've installed ConfigServer Security & Firewall and it's blocking ALL outgoing conections. I only want to block incoming conections (from certain countries). Is there a way to disable blocking outgoing calls? SMTP PEAR:Mail doesn't work and neither does the function fsockopen :(

  Check your TCP_OUT and UDP_OUT settings in /etc/csf/csf.conf. If you really want to allow anything outbound just put "1:65536" as the TCP_OUT setting... but you're better off just figuring out what ports and ranges to actually allow.

  Thanks a lot. Just in case someone else has the same problem, it should be 1:65535
