A customer just got a message from paypal about g5 root and sha-256

A cusotmer got an email today from Payment pro aka pay flow asking if our server supports G5 root certificate and SHA-256 algorithm. "Hi XXXX Thank you for contacting PayPal Merchant Technical Services, I apologize for the delay in responding to your email. For this issue, your website is using Website Payment Pro a.k.a PayFlow. On your server, you need to ensure it is supporting G5 root certificate and SHA-256 algorithm. Other than that, your credentials still same." Anyone know what this is and if it's on most CPanel based servers? Thanks!
