suspended account with no suspension?

Hello everyone, i just have an issue with one of my accounts, the service is suspended but when i go to unsuspended the system say, Theres no suspention to this account... What do i have to do to unsuspended? Im in troubles! Thanks for you assistance, Best Regards

  Hello, Could you elaborate a little further on the issue? For instance, is the account still suspended, or do you see an error message in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when unsuspending the account? Thank you.
