Blocked and Filtered Email

Hey all, I'm really new to using WHM, so forgive me for my basic questions. The main question I have is about spam filtering on incoming mail. Right now I have RBLs turned on and spamassassin running. We want to make sure its not filtering out any legit emails. Where would I go to view the emails that are being blocked? Are they just deleted? I searched around and could not find a clear answer on this. Thank you.

  Hello, SPAM messages are delivered to the SPAM mail folders, unless you have the "Auto Delete" option for SpamAssassin enabled in cPanel. You can review /var/log/exim_rejectlog to see which messages Exim has rejected. Thank you.

  Awesome, Thank you Michael. I'm sure i'll have more questions to come. Sort of got thrown into the roll of handling WHM and just trying to learn as much as I can as quickly as I can with it.
