Error after cloudlinux update

I updated my server because the kernel needed to be updated as well. Now I am getting this error.
/usr/bin/php: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.40: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Please help getting 500 errors on all pages.

  Hello, Could you elaborate on where you notice that error message? Is it for all accounts? Is CageFS enabled on this system? Thank you.
