    cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
    Does the issue continue if you force an update of cPanel via "/scripts/upcp --force"? Thank you.

    cat /usr/local/cpanel/version 11.50.0.10 Running the forced update the problem persists.

    No response from subprocess (whostmgr (whostmgr)): The subprocess exited with status 127 (EKEYEXPIRED)

    Hello :) I've seen a few instances where this error message was the result of duplicate cPanel RPMs installed on the server. Please run the following commands and let us know if it helps:
    /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/autorepair fix_duplicate_cpanel_rpms /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp --force
