    your provider is sh*t they should be diagnosing the issue not telling you to fix it on your own that being said you can check to see where the issue is with diagnostic tools @

    Hello :) You can ensure you follow the name server guide at: cPanel - Name Server Setup Guide However, assuming the subdomains resolve to the correct IP, you will need to request additional assistance from your provider or consider migrating your accounts to a different provider. Thank you.
