So when I forward an email using CPanel, the end user (recipient) gets the following info From: Admin And the email address admin@domainname.com[/EMAIL] Is there a way to change the "admin" to a different name when it shows up in the From section in their inboxes?

Hello, Could you elaborate on how you are forwarding the email from cPanel? For instance, are you simply referring to an email forwarder that you have configured, or are you using a specific application to send emails? Thank you.

Cpanel (for my domain) has the set up of emails. That's what I'm using to forward the emails....in cpanel.

Hello :) I'm not aware of any simple methods you can implement to have the "FROM" header modified for forwarded emails. You may want to post to the Exim users mailing list for advice on custom Exim filter rules that might allow for this: Exim Users Mailing List Thank you.
