Database to search for people

Hi all, need some help and advise. this is what im trying to do. I need to create a database that can be searched by other users, (easy front end). This is not the scenario, but this is the example i will give you. You see a football player, but he has no number or name, but he has long hair and a tattoo. You go to the database, type in a few search fields "male, long hair, tattoo" and the database retrieves all matches, with all details that have been entered on the player. is there anything in cpanel that can do this?   Hello :) This is a request for a custom database-driven script. There are no tools in cPanel that will create a custom script for you. You will likely receive more input from an independent developer or a website such as StackOverFlow. Thank you.
