Extremly slow user phpMyAdmin

Hi, we are having a strange issue which popped-up quite suddenly. Server load is relatively low - from 0.10 - 0.80 and web pages and all services work smoothly. Also when I click phpMyAdmin link from the WHM, it opens fast and works well. However when a user clicks PMA link from the user's side, it is really really slow. It takes about 5 minutes to open after the redirection text is shown. I checked all the logs I am aware of, nothing special anywhere, also this user's web pages open very fast, without any problems. Since it is happening to more accounts on the server and people are used to work with PMA. We have spent quite some time diagnosing the issue and cannot move from the dead point. I will be very happy to get any suggestions and ideas on how to solve the issue as I believe we are not the only ones experiencing this.   Hello :) Could you let us know if this is still occurring? If so, do you notice any change in disk I/O when it happens? Thank you.
