WHM rejects Spam Experts Email

Hi, We have set up a spam experts trial account and are having issues with the mail its trying to deliver. Every time it forwards a email on we get : Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. delivery.antispamcloud.com (mx27.antispamcloud.com) [188.138.56.27]:53273 is not permitted to relay through this server without authentication. How do i enable relaying for just spam experts please? Thank you Andy
