DNS Records missing

I just had a possibly related problem - and need urgent assistance (Support Request Id 6683273). I am running a cluster dns with sync to softlayer. All I did was change the global ttl for all domains using the WHM interface and now all domains have just 3 records - everything else is gone! both whm and softlayer say this but ... when I look at named directory, all domain.db files look ok. Could be related???

  Hello, Per your open ticket, it looks like you resolved this issue by rebuilding the /etc/named.conf file via:
  /scripts/rebuilddnsconfig
  Are there any other steps you took to address the issue? Thank you.
