Web Server not Accepting mails from Gmail

I recently faced a issue about that my web server is not responding to the mails from gmail. I received many queries from users that their mails from Gmail are not delivered but from other mailing platforms the mails are received in my inbox. What could be the issue, I could not figure out. I am losing so many clients due to this problem. Yet to figure out what is the main reason is?

  Hi :), Do you see any bounce back message while sending from Gmail to any email user to your server ? Also have you checked the exim_maillogs on your server?

  Hello :) Try searching for one of the Google mail addresses in /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if you can find the specific failure message. EX:
  exigrep user@gmail /var/log/exim_mainlog
