Issues With Email

Got lot of issue in my email server, some bounced back email just recently solve! hooray! currently a chunk of user emails is missing in round cube but we can locate it in our outlook!weird! What do you think guys? Hope you help me guys!!

  Hi :), It looks like you have configured the email accounts using POP3 but not enabled the option "Leave a copy of email on server". Due to which the emails are getting deleted from server once those are downloaded on your machine.

  Hi sir!:) "Leave a copy of email on server" in my outlook already enable thnx a lot; Any way aol.com still bouncing back my emails and i really thought i fixed it already. I tried to greylist the aol.com IP but i think it doesn't work.. error below.. There was an error while attempting do deliver your message with [Subject: "******"> to user@aol.com. MTA m1plded02-02.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net received this response from the destination host IP - 152.163.0.99 - 521, 5.2.1 : AOL will not accept delivery of this message.. How can i solve this?? Thank so much for your help..

  I just found this thread also. it is the only one I see for this message. I am migrating to a new server and AOL is sending this message when users try to send to AOL users. Anyone have thoughts?

  Interesting, I read this message and it was precisely why I added to this thread. To help with the outcome since it has been a while now. The issue was a reused IP address that had once been blocked by AOL. It had nothing to do with sending spam from this server.
