Subdomains not working after migration

Migrated from one data center to another. All main domains are working except subdomains Pinging subdomains returns correct results, DNS entries were reviewed and dig results were accurate. Running on WHM 11.50.0 (build 10), CentOS 6.6 64bit Anything on the /scripts to address this issue?

  Can you let me know which nameservers you are using ? Have you setup your private nameservers or you are using your hosting provider or domain registrar nameservers. Also, refer below link this will help you.

  Private nameservers has been updated with the new IP already nameservers are the following : ns1.domain.com ns2.domain.com Mod note, removed actual domain names, no need here.

  Hello :) You can try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via:
  /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
  Also, does deleting any re-adding a subdomain allow it to load properly? Thank you.
