image ownership issue

Hello I haven't got great experience with cPanel, and I hired someone to check the security of my server, and did something that affects the images. Now, when a visitor uploads an image, it is saved as "nobody", but it is shown only if owned by the account user, in this case pabloc. So, so far I have been changing the owner to pabloc, otherwise noone can see the images. Could anyone explain me how to change the permissions or whatever so images can be seen even if owned by "nobody"? thanx!!

  How you are uploading images on the server are you using FTP or php upload function. As per your query it seems that you are using php upload function to upload images. If you want all file which gets upload came with username then you have to check your php handler. You can check more information about php handlers in below mentioned link:

  Hello :) Please post the output from the following command so we can determine which PHP handler is in-use and provide you with the proper guidance:
  /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild_phpconf --current
