"featurelist" parameter not working

Hi, I'm trying to create account via 'createacct' function specifying 'featurelist=mylist' (where "mylist" is an existing feature list) as a parameter, but then the account is created it still has a "default" feature list. How to create account with the preferred feature list? Installed system version: 11.50.0.19
