lfd: ignore "excessive resource usage" for pkgacct
I'm having trouble telling lfd to ignore "excessive resource usage" warnings. I've tried exe and pexe lines, but I'm still getting the emails every night.
Here's the message I'm getting each night:
And here's what's in my /etc/csf/csf.pignore:
I've done a "/etc/init.d/lfd restart" after I added these lines. Obviously I don't want to use "user:" to ignore all processes owned by that user, and I don't want to use "exe:/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/514/bin/perl" to ignore all Perl scripts. I want not to be alerted each night for normal cPanel pkgacct operation, but I still wish to be alerted for extraordinary resource use of anything else. I'm doing what the lfd documentation says I should; could someone show me what I'm doing wrong?

Why did the fourm software insert a pink-tounge face? I didn't tell it to use a pink tounge face. 0 -

I've wrapped the text in code tags for you.0 -
I guess maybe you could get some help in ConfigServer forum as I've faced this issue before and tried to fix it in many ways but never get any luck so turned off alerts. 0 -
Did you figure how to ignore this? I started to receiving this same alerts after 11.50 update in one of my servers 0 -
Hello :) I found the following threads on the CSF forums: You may also want to submit a new thread there if you require additional help with disabling the alert for this process. Thank you. 0 -
I had already checked those two threads, unfortunately do not help, im still receiving this alerts after 11.50 update but only on one specific server, every day i need to delete tons of mails is very annoying.... 0 -

Could you elaborate on which solutions from those threads that you have tried? Please keep in mind the alerts are coming from CSF/LFD, and not cPanel. CSF is a third-party application that we don't develop, so it's not something we generally troubleshoot. Thank you.0
