    Hello, Please note that you should always set the rdns to hostname of your server same like A record to remove the mismatch error. Also, I would suggest you to check the full headers of the email which landed in spambox to know more about the reason behind it.

    Restarted exim. But my mail is still going to spam. I did some online checkers and keep getting SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch error.
