Cant Get Domain To Use IP
I have enabled use dedicated ip and added the rdns in /etc/mail_reverse_dns
Restarted exim. But my mail is still going to spam. I did some online checkers and keep getting SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch error.
I am confused because I changed the main ip on the cpanel server and its not been right since.
I have two ips and rdns is set like this
dedicated ip host.domain.com
shared ip domain.com

Hello, Please note that you should always set the rdns to hostname of your server same like A record to remove the mismatch error. Also, I would suggest you to check the full headers of the email which landed in spambox to know more about the reason behind it. 0 -
