Mails going to spam when sent to google
Hi,
as topic says: Mails going to spam, specially when sent to google
I don't know what to do, what reports you need and what I can do to this?
I have looked several solutions, and have made some changes but lets start fresh so we can investigate and I can see if I miss something.

Hello, I would suggest you to check for full headers for mail that is landing in spambox. This will give you more info on why it is going there. 0 -
I have done several IP/domain based checks now, even setup dmarc record which is working atleast if u can believe even 1 of the 5+ checktools. I uploaded headers to few services and they found SPF / DKIM and said mail is all good... Even tried out 2 or 3 services where I sent test email and I get results back as mail or link. They all say its ok. I just dont know anymore what to do... 0 -

You can mark an email as not spam in gmail to stop your gmail inbox from sending it to spam. I'd be interested in what the emails are though. If you've got a forward on an email account on your server, and all mail to that email account is being forwarded to your gmail account, gmail will not like it. Forwarded email is not checked for spam, it's just forwarded, that includes all spam you get at that email address on your server. If the the emails are system emails from your server and your server is firing off lots of emails to you about cPHulk blocks, CSF/LFD alerts and so on, gmail won't like those either. You can mark email from your server, in gmail, to not be spam which might help. But, gmail will also rate limit you if you're sending to many emails to gmail. So, whats the email? :) 0 -

Email are just sent using outlook, horde roundcube squirrel mail, or any mail software. They contain normal mail(s) like between me and my friend(s), also we have tried with topic test and just test text inside mail... gmail makes them to go to spam. All mails sent from our server goes to spam in gmail... How to start to resolve this issue ?0 -

Check the SPF check headers google puts in the message to check if your passing. If they aren't passing the key is (other than just enabling SPF on the account) is to make sure the envelope sender (when using php) account has the right IPs listed in the SPF record. So if the account has a dedicated IP it must be listed there. We have also had a strange thing where we are sending an email to another account that exists on the same server, but that account is set up with remote MX. In this case it looks like cpanel tries to deliver the email locally and it sort of succeeds, but when the second account realizes it's MX records are remote it takes it upon itself to try and send the email out through it's dedicated IP. This means that the IP won't match the SPF record for the envelope from sender's domain. 0
