cPanel Install Fails on CentOS 7

I am getting this error everytime when I try to install on CentOS 7 LAMP. [2015-06-28 07:27:29 +0000] see

  Hello :) It's possible this was the result of a bad mirror at the time of the installation. Do you still experience this issue when attempting to install cPanel? Thank you.

  I'm having this exact error attempting to install on Centos7. I attempted to open a ticket, but I'm unable to do so since I do not have a current installation so I cannot get an ID to submit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
