email 'Filters by Users' have no effect
I have tried a single filter using Rules: From Equals; Actions: 'Discard' and also multiple actions, such as Actions: 'Fail With Message' and 'Redirect to Email' and 'Discard,' but none of these actions take effect. I also notice that under Rules, 'Spam Status,' 'Spam Bar' and 'Spam Score' are grayed-out and not available to use. Any workarounds to make these work?

Hello :) Those SpamAssassin options are not available if SpamAssassin is disabled on the account. Could you provide a specific example of a filter that does not work (use example domain names such as "domain.com")? Thank you. 0
