Hi, Login to WHM " Server Configuration " Basic cPanel & WHM Setup. Click on Basic Config and Checkmark/Select Non default button and enter /home2 in given box manually. In front of: " Enter the location where you wish for new users" home directories to be created. By default all directories matching the "Home Directory Prefix" are checked for available disk space and the directory with the most free space will be used." Click on Save Then create a new account and hopefully it should be created in /home2 Thanks

Hello guys, I have already tried the @lldeepakll method, but the whm still created the accounts on the /home dir, but now i rearranged an account and the /home2 option is alive, and after 2 unsuccessful try the new accounts are created in the /home2. I don't understand why this didn't work for the first time. Thank you for your help. Szilveszter.

Hello :) I am happy to see the issue is now resolved. Note that internal case number 189681 is slightly related to this problem. It seeks to address an issue where if you have /home2 or another home partition set as default, and /home is not its own partition, but resides under "/", and you choose to later rearrange an account back to /home, it is not available. Thank you.
