Distribution List forwarding to External Email Addresses

Hi, I would like to setup a Distribution List (DL) that forwards incoming emails to external addresses, eg. DL contains bob@external1.com jill@external2.com jon@external3.com Emails sent to help@internal.com should be forwarded to all 3x external email addresses. This is for a community project run by a pile of external Govt and NGO's. Firewalls and non-responsive/helpful IT dept's mean we require an external website & email that forwards all enquiries to a dozen people spread across a dozen Govt & NGO organisations. I've tried setting up "user-level filtering" but nothing gets delivered to the external users. Don't know a lot about cPanel, have come from a Windows background and slowly moving in to Linux/WHM/cPanel. Thanks

  Have solved this in a clunky way by going to the "Mail" section, then adding multiple "Forwarders" for the same account.

  Hello, You can also create a mailing-list for the same and add all the mail IDs in it. Mail sent to the mailing-list will be forwarded to all addresses in it.
