Cannot Use Due to Limits
Hi everyone,
I've very new to all of this, so please excuse these very beginner questions. I purchased a domain recently, and now I'm looking to move it to - Removed -. I'm following a guide that explains how to do all of this, but I've got a bit of a hang up.
I went into the CP, added a package, and then the next step was to Create a New Account. Everything seemed easy enough, but when I went to select the package I had added, I'm just getting two options: "Dedicated IP" which is in green, and then the new package I created (but it's in pink and wont allow me to choose it."
Can you please help me get past this hurdle? Thank you!

Hello :) Do you have root access to this server or are you accessing Web Host Manager as a reseller? If you are a reseller, make sure your reseller package allows you to create accounts with the parameters you specified. You may need to check with your hosting provider to verify what's allowed with your plan. Thank you. 0
