Unable to update cPanel

I am facing same issue unable to open support ticket also as well as unable to login in WHM its saying that upgrade in process. Please help

  Getting below error when i am trying to get support key from ssh DBD::SQLite object version 1.42 does not match $DBD::SQLite::VERSION 1.46.

  Hello :) I've seen a few instances where this error message was the result of duplicate cPanel RPMs installed on the server. Please run the following commands and let us know if it helps:
  /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/autorepair fix_duplicate_cpanel_rpms /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp --force
